J&D Hudson LTD was formed in 2019 by Managing director Jeremy Hudson. Jeremy worked for 30 years in PTFE manufacturing. During this time, he developed numerous unique manufacturing processes and products several of which resulted in international patents with Jeremy as the named inventor. J&D Hudson LTD were formed specifically to enable Jeremy to develop his ideas.

After years of development Jeremy and his engineers perfected a unique method of PTFE paste extrusion. Our process can reduce the amount of waste produced during Paste extrusion manufacturing to zero. Initially this technology was to used in our own manufacturing facility but it was quickly realised that it would be selfish in the extreme, to keep this process to ourselves!

That is why we are making it available to any manufacturer who uses PTFE paste extruders. At J&D Hudson LTD we continue to innovate and are working on new and exciting processing and product developments for ourselves and customers.
